• New Co-Director for the Long Island Alliance for Peaceful Alternatives:  Margaret Melkonian has announced that Sr. Mary Beth Moore, SC has joined the Alliance as its new Co-Director.
•  Islam in the 21st Century, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf's lecture, originally scheduled for Thursday, April 23^rd  at St. Joseph's College, has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m.  Imam Feisal was forced to cancel the April 23rd lecture as he was asked to speak at a conference in Iran at that time.
